Role
Adam is a Principal of The Concord Group.

Experience
Based in Portland, Oregon, he has over 15 years of experience advising developers, investors, public agencies, and financial institutions. Over his career he has worked closely on a diverse set of residential and commercial projects across the country, including mixed-use urban infill developments, downtown redevelopments, master planned communities, senior housing/active adult developments, and resort destinations. In addition to managing consulting engagements, he leads staff development across all of The Concord Group’s offices.

Professional Organizations
Outside of his client engagements, Adam is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, participating in the Northwest’s NEXT group. He has written a published case study in ULI’s Real Estate Market Analysis book and has had articles published in Urban Land Magazine, Builder and Developer, California Real Estate Journal, and California Builder.

Education
Adam received his master’s degree in real estate development from Portland State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in literature (with honors) from Yale University.

Hobbies/Interests
Some of Adam’s interests are playing acoustic guitar, biking, kayaking, and being silly with his two kids.
