Assessment

Every project begins with an in-depth, interactive assessment of the client’s needs and core objectives. Our attention to this step, which often begins before we formally kick-off our work, ensures that we fundamentally understand project details and helps to shape the direction and focus of our engagement.

Team Kickoff

After confirming alignment on scope and objectives, we form an internal team that is responsible for the assignment from start to finish. Every project is led by one of our Principals who is actively engaged with the team. Managers, Associates, and Researchers are assigned to the team based on their experience with the given product type, geography, and project scope.
