Experience
Yijia’s global perspective combined with her experience in real estate market research often add great value to institutions with an international footprint and international investors. She advised on one of the first real estate private equity funds with a focus on China’s emerging institutional rental market; assisted international investors with identifying highest and best use for properties in the U.S; conducted brand premium analysis for an international luxe hotel brand in the U.K.

Yijia is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Orange County Young Leaders Group (YLG) and the CFA Society Orange County. She is also a proud alumna of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and UCI Paul Merage School of Business.
Education
Born and raised in China, she earned her Bachelor’s degree at Scripps College, where she dual-majored in Mathematical Economics and International Relations. She is also a proud alumna of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and UCI Paul Merage School of Business.
Hobbies/Interests
Yijia is an enthusiastic museum goer, a horseback rider and an amateur fencer.
