Paolo is a Consultant with the San Francisco office and has been with the team since 2021.
Experience
At TCG, Paolo has worked across a variety of real estate product types, advising clients on acquisitions, strategic redevelopments, ground-up developments, product programming, and market/financial analytics. With an interdisciplinary background in economics, urban policy, and design, Paolo delivers data-driven, bespoke recommendations with an emphasis on product-market fit. Paolo has worked with clients on residential and commercial developments across markets nationwide, with an emphasis on San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and New York City.

Paolo is an active member of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Education
Paolo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Stanford University.
Hobbies/Interests
Outside of work, Paolo enjoys film photography, interior design, golf, and karaoke.
