Michael Reynolds is a Principal based in the Newport Beach office. Specializing in the valuation and programming of master-planned residential communities, commercial land, and urban mixed-use real estate projects, Michael has provided strategic market and financial advice to major owners and operators of real estate for more than a decade. His market expertise also includes multi-family apartments and seniors’ congregate living.

Michael’s successful completion of over 750 local and national projects makes him a highly esteemed resource for developer clients seeking to establish market value during pre-acquisition due diligence and maximize financial returns in the development planning process.

Professional Organizations
Outside of his client engagements, Mr. Reynolds is actively involved with the Orange County chapter of the Urban Land Institute, while also recently serving on an Advisory Services Panel for the Martin Luther King Library in Washington, DC. He has been a guest lecturer addressing residential and commercial market trends to the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, UCI School of Planning, Policy and Design, Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Development Process forum and the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Education
Originally from Connecticut, Michael moved to Southern California to attend Claremont McKenna College, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in economics and government.
