Joseph is a consultant in the Newport Beach office and has been with TCG since 2019.
Experience
Joseph advised clients on residential and commercial developments across markets nationwide, with a focus on San Diego County. Joseph advised on numerous market opportunity analyses and development feasibility studies for multi-family rental and mixed-use developments including Downtown San Diego, UTC, and other surrounding submarkets. He has also worked with public sector clients in San Diego County on economic revitalization and development strategies.
Education
Joseph acquired a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from California State University San Bernardino in 2019.
Hobbies/Interests
Joseph enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing the drums, and exploring new places.
