Senior Consultant
Role
Jordan is a Senior Consultant and the Team Lead in Austin and manages the firm’s consulting projects in Texas and the Midwest.
Experience
Jordan helps clients in the public and private sectors identify market opportunities and guide strategic development decisions. Throughout her time at TCG Jordan has worked diligently on establishing an expertise in multi-family highest and best use analysis with an emphasis on single-family rental opportunities and next market opportunity analyses. Most recently Jordan moved to Austin, TX where she has led the opening of a firm’s first Texas office.
Education
An Orange County native, she did not travel too far to attend the University of Southern California (USC) where she studied International Relations and Real Estate Finance.
Professional Organizations
She is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Hobbies/Interests
Outside of project work she has taken on many initiatives including leading recruiting and training efforts across the firm. When she is not at work you can find her on the beach (now the lake), playing tennis or on a plane checking off the next destination on her bucket list.
