Experience
At TCG, Greg has utilized his analytics background to provide insights covering a diverse portfolio of real estate development ventures, from commercial multifamily and mixed-use projects to large-scale master-planned community phasing and strategy analyses. His engagements span nationwide with an emphasis on major Texas markets, and he also has substantial experience in the Midwest, Southeast, and Mountain West regions. He has contributed to advancing the firm’s practices in areas including demand forecasting, data analysis, and recruitment.
Education
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami with a double major in Business Analytics and Economics and a minor in Political Science.
Hobbies/Interests
Outside of work, Greg can often be found swimming and spending time outdoors, at a restaurant or movie theater, reading, exploring a new neighborhood, or traveling to achieve his goal of visiting all fifty states.
