Senior Consultant
Role
Brett is a Senior Consultant at The Concord Group and has been with the team since June of 2016.
Experience
As a SoCal native he has developed a geographic expertise which enables him to take on a variety of projects across all asset classes throughout Southern California. Brett’s quantitative background lends him to data intensive projects, most notably advising six investment funds and multifamily developers on the top multifamily investment markets over the next several years.
Education
Brett was born and raised in Long Beach, CA and earned his bachelor’s degree at Pomona College where he majored in Economics and minored in Mathematics.
Hobbies/Interests
Outside of the office Brett likes to live an active lifestyle and is happiest when he is outdoors with friends, whether that is through camping, playing pick-up sports or relaxing at the beach.
