Alek is a Consultant with the Austin office and has been with the team since 2021.
Experience
Alek has advised clients on urban mixed-use-use developments, redevelopment projects, master planned communities, and next-market opportunity analyses since joining TCG. His experience includes highest and best use analyses, market opportunity analyses, and financial feasibility studies. Alek has worked with clients on residential and commercial developments across markets nationwide, with an emphasis on Austin, Nashville, Denver, and other high-growth metros.
Education
Alek was born and raised in Orange County, CA and earned his bachelor’s degree at Chapman University where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
Hobbies/Interests
Outside of the office, Alek likes to explore Austin, try new restaurants, watch football, play pick-up sports, and visit family and friends.
