Matt is a Consultant with the San Francisco office and has been with the team since 2019.
Experience
At TCG, Matt utilizes his interdisciplinary background in urban planning, economics, and data analytics to provide tailored recommendations on market dynamics and feasibility and to inform development scheduling, capital raising, and programmatic strategies. During his tenure with the firm, Matt has worked across all product types and completed hundreds of engagements throughout the nation. He has developed an expertise in Northern California markets, leading a majority of the firm’s engagements in the Bay Area.
Education
Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and a minor in Geospatial Information Systems and Technology from UC Berkeley.
Hobbies/Interests
Matt spends his free time backpacking, going to concerts, and bowling.
