Meet the Team
Andrew Borsanyi is a Principal in The Concord Group’s New York office. He focuses on the firm’s advisory role to financial institutions and East Coast engagements. As Principal, Andrew has delivered exceptional results for a prestigious list of residential, office and industrial clients.
Active in the real estate industry for more than two decades, Andrew helped The Concord Group create its initial business plan, marketing strategy, and financial infrastructure. Previously, Andrew was President and founder of Trestle Corporation, now the micro-imaging division of Zeiss Instruments. Andrew led Trestle from start-up to industry leader and oversaw the sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Prior to joining Trestle, Andrew worked in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and Robertson Stephens and in management consulting at McKinsey and Company.
Andrew is a current member of Urban Land Institute’s Community Development Council (Blue Flight) and previously served as a member of the ULI Executive Committee in San Francisco.
Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in History from Wesleyan University.
