TCG internships provide an
excellent opportunity for current undergraduates to
learn more about strategic
land use and the business of
real estate development.
Internships are paid and last
from 8 to 12 weeks during the
spring, summer or fall,
depending on the office and
availability. Interns work on
multiple engagements, assisting team members in multiple areas, including:
- Primary and secondary research
- Analysis
- Financial modeling
- Presentation of findings to management and clients
